Purchasing any product can be a big decision. It shouldn't be a risky one. Customer satisfaction and product quality is a priority with us at 4EVER®FIT. Our commitment to customer satisfaction will always be one of the most important standards for our company to earn your business.
OUR RETURN POLICY
There's virtually no risk to try any of our products. When you purchase a product from www.4EVERFIT.com, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, simply ship it back to us. All we ask is that you contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box.
We respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages which do not display this number, for our protection.
THE FINE PRINT
Please return the unit with all of the original packaging. Delivery Confirmation is required. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of returned items. Please return product only to the return address we provide you, NOT to the address listed on the box. We cannot issue refunds on returned merchandise if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met. We hate to do it, but we will assess a 15% or more restocking fee for all returned orders that do not comply with our Return Policy.
Don't worry about the product arriving to us within your 30-day no-risk period in the unlikely event that you do decide to return it. Just make sure it is postmarked by the final day of your 30-day risk-free period and has the RMA on the box.
